Shipping within the European Union

CHISADI ships to all countries within the European Union.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over €170.00.

CHISADI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify CHISADI in writing (by email) within this period.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused and unworn;
  • be in their original condition and packaging;
  • be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, CHISADI will refund:

  • the purchase price of the returned product(s);
  • the standard outbound shipping costs (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods and will be made using the original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact CHISADI within a reasonable time after receipt so we can provide an appropriate solution in accordance with EU consumer law.

International delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures and international transport conditions.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays or Refusals

CHISADI has no control over customs clearance procedures and is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional inspections by customs authorities.

Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs, customs charges, and risks are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed only after the returned goods have been received in good condition.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or customs authorities, shipping costs and incurred expenses will not be refunded.
